The role will form part of our product support function within the Ruminant Business Unit of Animal Health.A typical day would look like undertaking site surveys for our equipment, coordinating, delivering and assessing installations of that equipment, training up users in the hardware and software aspects of the monitoring equipment and being responsible for coordinating the response on any post-sales issues the customer may have. Success would look like more farmers using our equipment and being part of a highly functioning team.The primary activities include but are not limited to:Lead on all post-sales aspects for our range of livestock intelligence equipment (monitoring, milking, reading and weighing)Completion and review of site surveys for monitoring equipmentCo-ordination and approval of installationsIn person onboarding of new users of the equipmentCo-ordination of post-sales issues to ensure an efficient resolution and positive experience for the customerMaintain Salesforce CRM with work orders and customer interactionsRegular contact with colleagues in the local regional team (sales and veterinary)Skills RequiredWorking knowledge of milking equipment, particularly electronicsExperience of working on dairy farmsPresentation skills to small groups on technical subjectsAdministrative upkeep of databases, e.g. CRMStrong client-facing and communication skillsAdvanced troubleshooting, problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsBasic Information Technology, Computer knowledgeClosing date for applications: 30th June 2025
