Driving high standards of dementia care in line with CQC regulations. Working closely with the Senior Management Team to create a best-in-class care environment. Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to provide outstanding care. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and welcoming home atmosphere.
