We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator (Phlebotomy & IV Therapy) with cannulation experience to join our team. This is a front-facing, key role that combines patient interaction, IV therapy, and general clinic support. Were looking for someone confident, organised, and friendly who can take ownership of the front-of-house clinical flow while delivering a seamless patient experience. What Youll Be Doing This is a dynamic and varied role with both clinical and administrative responsibilities. You'll play a central part in our patient journey, including: Phlebotomy: Performing blood draws with skill, professionalism, and care Cannulation & IV Therapy : Setting up and monitoring IV infusions for wellness treatments (must have proven cannulation experience) Front of House Lead: Welcoming patients, managing the waiting area, and coordinating with the clinical team for a smooth patient flow Reception Support: Handling calls, scheduling appointments, responding to patient queries (especially during busy periods) Clinical Room Prep: Keeping treatment rooms tidy, well-stocked, and ready for use Diagnostic & Wellness Assistance: Supporting with sample handling, data entry, and assisting in wellness-related services Team Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, nurses, and admin to ensure an exceptional patient experience What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical admin / phlebotomy role Must be certified and experienced in cannulation Confident setting up and monitoring IV drips Friendly, patient-focused, and highly professional Able to take initiative and manage front-of-house clinical operations independently Strong communication and organisational skills Eligible to work in the UK What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Generous benefits Excellent holiday allowance Ongoing training and development opportunities Beautiful work environment in a high-end Central London clinic Supportive, welcoming team and leadership A role with responsibility, trust, and real growth potential If youre a confident phlebotomist with cannulation skills who thrives in a polished, professional, and patient-first environment, wed love to hear from you.
