Children's Care Coordinator Specialist Support Part-Time | 20+ Hours Office-Based | Oxford Drivers Only | Experience Essential Do you have a passion for helping children with complex needs? Were looking for a caring, organised, and experienced Children's Care Coordinator to join our supportive team. Youll be coordinating specialist care for children with complex needshelping families thrive and carers deliver outstanding, safe support. Youll have ongoing guidance from our Senior Care Manager , ensuring youre confident in your role and never working in isolation. What Youll Be Doing: Coordinating tailored care packages for children with specialist and complex needs Liaising with families, care staff, and external professionals Carrying out risk assessments based on each childs individual needs Supporting carer recruitment, training, and rota coordination Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance Regularly reviewing care plans and adapting them as needed Collaborating closely with the Senior Care Manager for supervision and quality assurance What Were Looking For: Experience in care coordination, ideally with children and/or complex needs A full UK driving licence and access to your own car Right to work in the UK ( we do not offer sponsorship ) Confidence in conducting risk assessments and safeguarding practices Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office and digital systems What Youll Get: A rewarding role where your work directly improves lives Flexible part-time hours (20+ per week) Ongoing training and support from a Senior Care Manager Free onsite parking Blue Light Card eligibility access to national discounts Generous holiday entitlement , with the potential to grow with long service A positive, supportive, and values-driven workplace Apply Now!
