Based at their Remote Operations Centre in Rotherham, this role supports plant optimisation across multiple international sites. Youll operate from a control room environment using SCADA and PLC systems to manage real-time plant operations and performance, ensuring safe and efficient supply of tonnage and bulk gases. Key Responsibilities: Optimise remote plant operations, reducing power consumption Interface with sites and product supply teams to meet demand Support start-up, shut-down and emergency scenarios Monitor and maintain process safety parameters for ASUs and HYCO plants Identify and resolve performance issues; drive process improvements Produce monthly performance reports and track KPIs Support onboarding and training of new sites What Youll Bring to The Team Experience in Chemical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical environments Proficient with P&ID and PFD interpretation Background in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Engineering Air separation (ASU), HYCO and CO2 experience advantageous Engineering degree preferred or equivalent practical experience Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ready to Take the Next Step?
