Sheffield | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) We're on a mission to support schools and teachers with innovative, reliable solutions and were looking for a skilled Payroll Support Specialist to join our Customer Operations team in Sheffield. What Youll Be Doing As part of our dynamic payroll support team, youll: Respond to payroll queries across multiple channels with professionalism and accuracy Handle complex queries related to tax, pensions, NI, statutory leave, and deductions Support year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds), and validate Year-To-Date data Be a go-to technical expert on payroll and statutory requirements in the education sector Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless support Coach colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery Drive excellence in customer experience, aligned with KPIs and payroll compliance What Youll Need to Succeed: 3+ years payroll experience (education sector a bonus!)
