This role would suit an individual who has some previous experience in a similar role and is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key part in contributing to the overall success of the business. Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Principal Partner on developing and implementing the businesss strategy and long-term business plansDriving the business forward with creativity and positivity in line with the Business Vision Facilitating communication and collaboration between Advisors and the Admin Support Team. Holding regular team meetings to ensure communication of, and progress towards business goals and objectivesHR and recruitment, onboarding, and development of new Advisors and Admin Support staffEvaluating both individual and team performance via regular performance management, annual appraisals, and objective settingManaging the Business Pipeline and Finances, providing regular reporting on the businesss performance to the Partner Ensuring the business is fully compliant including all licensing, professional development, regulatory and legislative requirementsEnsuring the Partner and Advisors are working effectively, overseeing smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
