We are partnered with a very well-established and global business who are seeking a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to work closely with the Company SecretaryThe experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Responsibilities:Board and Committee SupportManaging processes including Regulatory Application process for the NEDs and the Subsidiary Accounts processResponsible for minuting meetings as and when required, ensuring that they an accurate reflection of the meeting and produced in a timely manner. Assisting with advising on best corporate governance practice and adherence to the relevant UK Corporate Governance and internal governance framework. Mentoring other members of the teamWhat you need:Experience as a Company Secretarial professional within Financial Services (ideally Insurance) and working in a regulated environment.Provision of board and committee support including minute taking. Liaising and building relationships with directors and senior management. Ideally a Chartered Company SecretaryPlease note this role requires RTW in the UK.
