Role: Paediatric Anaesthetic RegistrarA variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.Salary: Up to 70,000 (depending on experience)Location: LondonHours: 40 (Full-time) Fixed-Term / Permanent Opportunities AvailableAn exceptional private hospital located in a prestigious area of Central London is seeking an experienced and motivated Paediatric Anaesthetic Registrar to join their team.Requirements:MBBS or equivalent medical degreeFull GMC registration with a licence to practiseMinimum 3 years anaesthetic experience with exposure to paediatricsAdvanced Life Support (ALS) and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificationEvidence of working effectively in high-pressure environmentsMain Duties:Deliver safe and effective anaesthetic care to children across a wide range of surgical specialtiesSupport pre-operative assessments and post-operative recovery plans in collaboration with consultants and the wider MDTMonitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring best practice in paediatric anaesthesia is maintainedContribute to clinical governance activities, including audit, incident review, and patient safety initiativesTake part in departmental teaching, simulation training, and junior doctor educationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current guidelines and practices in paediatric anaesthesiaThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a hospital that is committed to excellence in patient care and staff development.
