Job Title: Head of Brand Marketing Location: Manchester / Hybrid Reporting To: The Founders Type: Full-time The Role: Were looking for a creative, commercially minded Head of Brand Marketing to lead the evolution of the Just Bee brand and connect with millions of health-conscious customers across the UK and beyond. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across all brand touchpoints. Youll be responsible for raising brand awareness , shaping our brand narrative, leading campaigns, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities: Brand Strategy : Own and evolve the Just Bee brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity as we scale. Building brand equity and awareness: Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, PR, influencers, content, partnerships, etc.) with the key objective of elevating the brand and building awareness with new customers and within the industry. Creative Direction : Oversee creative output across all marketing channels: including paid ads, organic social, email, web, packaging, events, print and experiential. Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives that communicate our brand purpose, product benefits, and founder-led authenticity. Performance Alignment : Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ensure brand-building efforts support growth and retention. Community & Content : Drive organic social, influencer relationships, and community engagement. Brand Partnerships : Identify and develop collaborations that elevate the brand and reach new audiences. Customer Insight : Use data, customer feedback, and testing to continuously refine messaging and creative. Team Leadership : Manage and grow a small but mighty team of employed team members, freelancers, and agencies. Budget Management : Own and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI across all activities. Requirements: 6 years in brand marketing, ideally within D2C, FMCG, or wellness sectors Proven track record of building and scaling consumer brands Strong creative instincts with a commercial mindset Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual brand skills Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and creative teams Passion for health, wellness, or sustainability is a big plus Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approachcomfortable in a fast-growth startup environment Whats in it for you?
