My client is looking for a Full-Time Helpdesk operator to provide administrative support.You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by: Managing internal and external communications with professionalism and efficiency. Logging engineers to call-outs Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time. Maintaining personnel records, training matrices, and timesheets Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies. Using helpdesk and asset management systems to manage workflows and queries.What you'll need to succeed Experience: Previous admin and customer-facing experience is required. Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
