Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation, including CoSHH and DSEAR. Maintain the Legal Register and monitor regulatory changes. Drive risk reduction initiatives and lead incident investigations. Deliver HSE training and awareness campaigns. Oversee environmental compliance and industrial hygiene programs. Actively contribute to the wider groups HSE forum and initiatives.What Youll Bring: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent). Proven experience in a manufacturing or process environment. Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations and risk assessment practices. Experience developing Environmental Management Systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
