Together, we can make a difference.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:Vacation and PTO timePaid Holidays401k with profit sharingMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFSA and HSA PlansLife InsuranceOpportunities for AdvancementEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee DiscountPosition Summary: Refurbishes and cleans new and used automobiles, conforming to dealership and manufacturer specifications and time allowances.Location: Souderton Detail Center, Souderton PAShift: Part TimeResponsibilities:Wash vehicle exteriors, clean windows, and wipe down doorjambs.Apply wax and buff surfaces as needed.Vacuum interiors to remove dirt and debris.Clean upholstery, rugs, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and devices.Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to interior surfaces and treat fabrics with stain-resistant chemicals.Clean engines and engine compartments with steam-cleaning equipment and cleaning agents.Use special cleaners for tough materials, following manufacturer recommendations.Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or mechanical issues.Restore vehicle appearance using touch-up paint, dyes, and other materials.Use proper protective equipment when handling cleaning products.Refuel vehicles as needed.Apply dressing to tires and wells.Maintain showroom and stock vehicles in a clean condition.Ensure proper display stickers are displayed or removed as appropriate.Keep work area neat and operate tools safely.Report safety issues immediately.Perform other assigned tasks.Qualifications:Valid Driver's LicenseSuccessful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screeningEqual Opportunity Statement: Bergey's is an equal opportunity employer.
