Job Title: Web PrinterWe are seeking an experienced Web Printer to join our team. Experience on Lithoman 72pp or Komori 16pp is preferred but not essential. There is potential for retraining for sheetfed printers. All print experience will be considered. Salary & Benefits:No 1 Printer – Nights: £39,600 base, £45,000+ including overtime Overtime opportunities – double time on weekends 7 weeks holiday Relocation package available for out-of-county candidates (discussed at interview) Average 39 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00) with a 1-hour paid break Work predominantly 3 shifts a week, with 13 additional shifts throughout the year Additional Benefits:Excellent work/life balance with an average of 3.5 days off weekly Overtime earning opportunities weekly, including double time on specific weekend shifts Paid breaks, fully funded ongoing training courses, progression opportunities Free on-site parking, electric car subscription scheme, company sick pay scheme Responsibilities:Operate, set, adjust, and maintain the printing press to meet production schedules and quality standards Enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures; lead by example Follow job instructions, set up the press accordingly, and allocate tasks to crew members Maintain work area and machinery, report maintenance issues Follow quality procedures, label work correctly, and document processes Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair the press with minimal downtime Manage and supervise the press crew, ensuring efficiency and safety Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained Identify training needs and support staff development Coordinate with management to adhere to production schedules and highlight potential issues Please send your CV with a cover letter to the provided contact.
