JOB DETAILS: Job title:Programme Manager. Contract:Fixed Term until 31st December 2026. Working Hours:Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm. JOB PURPOSE: The post holder will be responsible to lead, coordinate and oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of daily operational management and reliable service delivery, for clinical and non-clinical services with a clear motive of completing the programme within budget and agreed timelines, following company’s core values. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Comply with Company policies & procedures. Directly linemanage team membersworking within the programme in line with Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with annual appraisals, personal development plans and appropriate training. Responsible for local uptake levels and working totargets and KPIs . Collaborate with Local Authority groups/NHS commissioners/other external stakeholders and internal key stakeholders, to provide information on thedelivery of the service . Responsible for all programme level strategicplanning and implementingchange and process improvements. Manage resources(workforce etc) and reduce operational costs where necessary. Prepare reports,analytical dataand updates for management. Identify, assess, and prioritise potential risks and vulnerabilities across thedelivery framework. Plan and execute localHealth Promotionfor all programmes. Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position. Comply with Company policies & procedures. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Degree Educated (Post Graduate Desirable) Evidence of ability to deliver large, complex programmes in a highly regulated industry. Lead and manage collaborative working across divisional and organisational multidisciplinary teams. Ability to deliver improvements in clinical and or non-clinical environments. Knowledge of Care Quality Commission desirable (CQC). Strong leadership qualities to lead, empower and motivate teams. Experience in budgetary and data analysis reporting. Prioritise and manage own workload without supervision. Assertive, team player and critical thinker. Excellent IT skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills.
