Working under the supervision of the HOD, you will be running a busy caseload of commercial property files including, land development, landlord and tenant transactions, purchase and sale of business and investment properties along with general commercial conveyancing.Candidate Requirements This firm’s reputation is built on the expertise and experience of its staff, leading to a steady flow of referral and repeat business, and as such, the ideal candidate will have NQ–2 years' property experience, strong communication and client-facing skills, and ideally an interest in business development.On offer In return they offer a competitive salary, career progression and the opportunity to join a modern forward-thinking firm in the East of Kent.
