We offer fast-paced service in high street locations, providing quality products such as sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value. We are seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities:Managing daily shop operations Driving sales growth Training, developing, and motivating team members Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve objectives Qualifications include a background in retail management; experience in a food environment is preferred but not essential.
