Mobile Fabric TechnicianA construction contractor specializing in planned and reactive maintenance across Rail, Education, and Health sectors, as well as small civil engineering works in the South and East of England, is currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Technician to cover the south coast.Position: Mobile Fabric Technician - Up to £38k + Van + Door-to-Door + 1 in 4 Call Out + BenefitsResponsibilities:Perform fabric repairs and maintenanceCarry out PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plantComplete carpentry work, including floor matching, hanging doors, and lock changesCover sites along the south coastRequirements:Experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plantExperience in painting & decorating and/or carpentryWorking hours: 08:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday; additional hours may be requiredBenefits:Up to £38k, door-to-door pay, 1 in 4 call out, benefitsContact:Hannah at (phone number removed) or (url removed).
