In addition to the competitive salary, there are also benefits on tap – including...Annual leave (increasing with length of service), private medical insurance, a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), the potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity/adoption leave, and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.   We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more! As a Group FP&A Manager based in our Warwick office (minimum 3 days a week), you’ll be responsible for: Managing the monthly financial Group Board reporting processManaging the Group forecasting processManaging the Group annual budgeting processSupporting Group investor relations activitiesReviewing business wide investment requests and post investment reviewsAd hoc projects around the Group e.g. support with new acquisitions, business integrations and strategic projectsThis is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with flexible, hybrid working (remotely up to 2 days a week).And here’s what we’d like you to have:Qualified chartered accountant with professional accountancy qualification (ACA preferred) with post-qualification experience and strong technical accounting knowledgeExperience in external audit or in a mid-large organisation that oversees all areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet is desirableExperience in investor relations and listed reporting requirements is advantageousStrong Excel skills, financial analysis, and modelling skills with ability to identify key issuesExcellent attention to detail, ability to challenge and improve processes, and confidence in managing multiple deadlines independentlyWe look forward to receiving your application!#ACMM100
