This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the delivery of commercial gas maintenance services across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the commercial gas maintenance team, including engineers and subcontractors.Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Ensure all gas works are compliant with current legislation and health 'safety standards (Gas Safe, HSE).Monitor performance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, manage expectations, and provide technical support where necessary.Manage budgets, procurement, and resource planning in line with commercial objectives.Ensure effective reporting, documentation, and record-keeping for all maintenance activities.Support with recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff.Requirements:Proven experience in a similar management role within commercial gas maintenance.Recognised commercial gas qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A).Strong knowledge of gas safety legislation, maintenance best practices, and compliance requirements.Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Full UK driving licence.Package & Benefits:Competitive salary of 60,000 63,000 per annum7,000 annual car allowance25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)Private healthcareMonday to Friday 8 till 5Pension schemeOpportunities for further training and career progression
