Job Title: Helpdesk AdministratorPlease ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.Location: Bracknell (Fully Site-Based)Salary: Up to 32,000 per annumContract Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full-timeSector: Facilities ManagementOverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join the facilities management team at a prestigious client site in Bracknell. This is a fully site-based role and a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience, particularly within facilities management or a helpdesk environment.The RoleAs Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the FM Helpdesk, ensuring efficient service delivery, high standards of compliance, and consistent communication with both internal teams and the client. Youll be working closely with engineering, soft services, and subcontractors to support operations across the account.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for all helpdesk queries via phone and emailLog and manage service requests using CAFM systemsLiaise with internal teams and subcontractors to follow up on work ordersMonitor compliance across the portfolio and support statutory documentation processesCoordinate inductions and issue Authority to Work (ATW) permitsMaintain and improve reporting processes and data accuracySupport internal and external audit preparationAssist with producing management reports and tracking service performanceProvide general administrative support to site and account management teamsEnsure alignment with HSE procedures and promote a culture of safetySkills & ExperienceEssential:Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk roleStrong administrative backgroundExcellent communication and organisational skillsCompetency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and process-driven approachDesirable:Experience in facilities management or compliance environmentsFamiliarity with CAFM systems such as Si7 or IFM HubUnderstanding of statutory compliance in FM settingsRelevant vocational or administrative qualificationsAdditional Information:This role is based at Jealotts Hill, Bracknell, with no hybrid or remote options.
