Working closely with the creative director, wider creative and event teams, and a trusted network of freelancers, youll craft immersive 2D designs that elevate experiences for a wide range of global brands.Whether its digital content, social campaigns, live events, brand activations, or large-format environmental graphics, your work will always be rooted in strategic thinking and sharp attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support concept development, moodboarding, sketching, and art directionDesign across digital (web, mobile, social) and physical (event branding, signage, print) formatsTranslate visitor journeys into visual storytelling with a keen eye for UX and spatial engagementCollaborate with internal teams and freelancers to deliver polished, boundary-pushing design workEnsure brand consistency while bringing creative flair to every projectManage timelines, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities effectivelyExplore new materials, formats, and sustainable approaches in design deliveryUse Photoshop to touch up renders/site photos and add lighting/graphics effects when neededWhat Were Looking ForProven experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environmentExcellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential)A working knowledge of AI design tools and After Effects is a plusBasic SketchUp or similar 3D software skills are an advantageStrong conceptual thinking and ability to communicate ideas clearlyA collaborative, proactive approach and confidence presenting your workDetail-oriented, highly organised, and comfortable working to tight deadlinesPassionate about innovation, sustainability, and pushing creative boundariesA portfolio that clearly demonstrates your work in events and experiential design
