This part-time, office-based role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR Operational support.Key Responsibilities:Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal moves, and leaversOversee UK payroll, pensions, and benefits administrationCoordinate internal and external audits of HR operationsMaintain HR systems and employee records (HRIS, SharePoint)Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsAdminister training, health 'safety, and immigration mattersCollaborate with Group HR to enhance and align local HR processesWhat Youll Bring:Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalentFCA Compliance and SMCR knowledge is EssentialMust have strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesExperience with payroll, benefits, and HR systemsExcellent communication, discretion, and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)A self-starter who is trustworthy, proactive, and highly organised
