Location: WestminsterSalary: 34,000 per annumWhat You'll Do:Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing maintenance needs.Conduct statutory compliance checks and support proactive maintenance strategies.Handle repairs across trades, including painting, plumbing, and minor joinery.Liaise with contractors on complex issues, ensuring timely resolutions.Manage furniture logistics, cleaning standards, and safety protocols.Assist with resident check-ins/outs and contribute to community event preparation.Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on stock control and operational improvements.Who You Are:A skilled tradesperson with expertise in maintenance, decorating, and repairs.Experienced in residential property or facilities management (2+ years).Knowledgeable about Health & Safety Compliance, PPM, and site risk management.Ambitious with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.Passionate about creating thriving communities and delivering exceptional service.Flexible and adaptable to business needs, including occasional out-of-hours work.Why Join Them?
