They are now looking to appoint an L&D Partner on a permanent basis.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.This will be a full-time position based in Bedfordshire, with hybrid working offered alongside a competitive salary of 47,000 to 53,000 per annum dependent on experience, skills and knowledge.The ideal candidate will have experience of coaching managers, at all levels, to proactively manage performance.
