With a portfolio spanning hospitality, F&B, and lifestyle interiors, this is a business that goes beyond spaces; they build brands, shape experiences, and tell powerful stories through every detail.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.As part of their continued growth, were now looking for Two Midweight Interior Designers to join the team in permanent roles.If youre looking to be creatively fulfilled, technically challenged, and genuinely supported, this is a brilliant step forward.The Role:As a Midweight Designer, youll work across the full scope of design, from moodboards and spatial planning through to FF&E selection, visuals, detailed packs and on-site visits.Collaborating within a multi-layered team structure (Senior, Midweight, Junior & Technicians), youll be trusted with responsibility while still having strong guidance and mentorship around you.Current clients include major hospitality brands & premium hotels, with projects both in the UK and internationally.What You'll Be Doing:Creative development on hospitality & F&B interior projectsProducing concept work, spatial layouts, visuals and FF&E specificationContributing to moodboards, brand touchpoints, and narrative developmentCreating detailed drawing packs alongside technical designersLiaising with clients and joining on-site meetings, seeing your designs come to lifeCollaborating within your dedicated project team, guided by a supportive seniorWorking primarily in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with growing opportunities to explore RevitWhat We're Looking For:45 years experience in hospitality or F&B interior designProficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp,withRevit experience being a bonusComfortable working across concept, technical and FF&E stagesExcellent eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through designExperience preparing visuals, presentation decks and moodboardsEnthusiasm for site involvement and hands-on deliveryStrong communication and collaboration skillsWhats On Offer:Salary between 30,000 38,000, depending on experience + BonusHybrid working: 3 days in the studio and 2 days from home.9:005:30 core hours with genuine flexibilityA creative, social culture with excellent training and mentorshipOpportunity to work on global projectsJoin a design studio with brand, architecture, and interiors under one roofIf youre a passionate, creative designer ready to create bold spaces and beautiful brands worldwide, wed love to hear from you.Apply today or drop us a message to chat further about the opportunity.
