Our client currently has a brand new role for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join the expanding Employment Department. Our client boasts an excellent portfolio of both individual and business clients across the United Kingdom. Of late, this firm has attracted Solicitors from some of the best law firms across the UK, who wanted to join a vibrant working culture that can offer top-quality, top tier work outside of London and Bristol.Our client can offer a varied role where you will have the opportunity to learn rapidly and stretch yourself, working on behalf of financial services, senior executives as well household names, and smaller employers.As an Employment Solicitor, your caseload will include:Employment Tribunal litigationRedundancy, restructuring and TUPE workCorporate support work (and you will be supporting arguably the strongest team in the area)Consulting and commercial employment solutions for employers.Drafting policies and procedures, agreements and contractsBusiness development and marketing initiatives across the departmentTo be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills and qualities:A real desire to learn and a commercial outlook6+ PQE within an employment teamTrained at a recognised Law firmA desire to network, and grow your business development skills and personal contacts over timeA collaborative approachA genuine desire to progress rapidly as part of a very successful regional office.Good academicsThis is a superb opportunity for a Solicitor looking for that next step up, or a Solicitor looking to join a larger well-regarded employment team.
