If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days are the same, this could be your perfect next step.About the Role:As the clients key point of contact post-sale, youll oversee every detail of the production process. Youll be responsible for technical specification, budget and timeline management, supplier coordination, and legal compliance all while ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand projects from order to on-site handoverDefine and manage technical specifications and produce clear build instructionsCoordinate all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain, including third-party show servicesMonitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects run efficientlyHandle client amends and challenges quickly and professionallyMaintain accurate records across CRM, ERP and internal systemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage future businessEnsure projects meet legal and compliance standards, including health 'safety policiesAttend internal and external meetings as requiredContribute to continuous improvement and uphold quality standards such as ISO 9001Who You Are:A proven project manager with a strong track record in deliveryCommercially astute and confident managing budgets and client expectationsCalm under pressure, with sound judgment and decision-making abilityAn excellent communicator and negotiator, able to build rapport quicklyHighly organised with great attention to detail and time management skillsIT literate with a working knowledge of AutoCAD or VectorworksComfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneouslyProactive and self-driven, with a customer-first mindsetHolds a full UK driving licence and a valid passportDesirable:PRINCE2 or other formal project management qualificationRelevant experience in exhibitions, events or creative production industriesDegree-level education or equivalent experienceWhat Youll Get:The chance to manage exciting, high-profile projects for diverse clientsOpportunities to travel and work on-site at live eventsA competitive salary and benefits packageAbout Disrupt TalentWere specialists in recruiting standout talent for the live events and exhibitions industry.
