Contract role in Stafford - Requirements ManagerThe full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.A Requirement Manager covering New Product Introduction and strategic product development for off highway OEM is needed for this exciting contract role.Five years experience in NPI or strategic product development of electric power applications from off highway, mining, agriculture is preferred.The team defines develops and maintains current and future products with the intent to build on and grow the success of the product range in the market.A strong sense of accountability and excellent communication skills are needed to define future product range, meeting customer and market requirements.Whats neededProject Management skills required 5 years plus.Experience in strategic product development projects or new product introductionPossibly a background in NPI of electric power applicationsAbility to translate complex requirements and define solutions and routes to marketHigh levels of prioritisation, organisation, and planning skillsCapability to influence and work through others to deliver an offeringUnderstanding of marketing aspectsExperience with large engines is extremely advantageous.
