Reporting into senior leadership, the Commercial Manager will own the financial and contractual strategy across projects particularly in the fibre and renewable sectors. You'll play a key role in scaling UK and Europe operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial activities across fibre and renewable infrastructure projectsManage NEC contracts, ensuring compliance, profitability, and risk controlOwn project pricing and budgeting from tender through to final deliveryBuild and lead a UK commercial teamDevelop and implement scalable processes to support growthWork closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teamsSupport the business as it expands into new sectors like data centresIdeal CandidateStrong experience with NEC contracts and infrastructure projects (fibre or solar preferred)Commercially minded with a background in pricing, contract management, and project deliveryConfident in building and improving systems and processesA natural leader comfortable stepping up, building teams, and taking ownershipAmbitious, entrepreneurial, and keen to grow into a Director-level roleAdaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work across UK and European operations
