Youll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination. Responsibilities:Lead projects independently from concept to completionDevelop design and technical packages using AutoCADLiaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractorsPrepare planning and building regulations submissionsSkills and experience:Proven experience in a similar roleStrong AutoCAD skills essentialProficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop advantageousExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionThis is an exciting opportunity to gain autonomy, responsibility, and long-term progression within a supportive team environment.
