Studio Tour London, Hilton, Vodafone, Dunelm, Tesco and Cafdirect.The RoleWere on the hunt for an experienced Freelance Senior Event Producer with serious energy, expertise, and a passion for crafting unforgettable brand experiences.Youll take the reins on end-to-end planning and delivery, ensuring every technical, experiential, and brand detail hits the mark. Whether its navigating licensing, perfecting RAMs, or leading a team onsite, youll bring clarity, confidence, and creativity at every step.If you're a pro at turning creative ideas into flawless events we want to hear from you.Candidates applying MUST have relevant accreditation around Health and Safety, Quality standards and Environmental standards.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end production of high-impact events and experiencesIInstrumental in ensuring seamless execution of multiple experiences and events Co-ordinate the planning process with the internal team to ensure delivery to the highest standardsBe a key point of contact for clients, fostering relationships, guiding creative direction and overseeing proposals, budgets and logisticsManage relationships and negotiations with external partners and suppliers ensuring project deliverables are metSupport the senior leadership by contributing to pitches and overall growth of the events divisionOversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planningThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in a senior event production role, ideally within an agency environment managing large-scale events, particularly within the consumer sectorStrong leadership and team management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and client satisfactionExcellent commercial acumen and confidence in financial oversight, budget management and negotiations with suppliersA deep understanding of event activations and creative brand experiences A strong network of crew and contacts to support the production of events and experiencesA hands-on approach combined with a strategic mindset, eager to contribute to business developmentComfortable stepping into a leadership role on a freelance basis with immediate impactDue to the high volume of applications, we can only contact those shortlisted for the role.
