This is a critical role where you'll drive projects from inception through to successful completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead Project Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing scope, timelines, costs, and ensuring profitability.Strategic Planning: Prepare and revise project plans, including high-level planning, resourcing, and budget allocation, to guide clients and project teams.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations and maintaining strong working relationships.Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Financial Management: Take responsibility for project financial health, including risk mitigation and ensuring delivery within agreed budgets.Business Growth: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, contributing directly to the company's strategic goals.Mentorship: Coach team members on agile and lean techniques, providing guidance on project management best practices.What We're Looking For:Active Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain it is essential.Proven experience in end-to-end project management, particularly within large-scale, complex environments.Demonstrable ability to manage project financials, mitigate risk, and drive profitability.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relations skills.A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.What's On Offer:This is a chance to join a dynamic team working on nationally significant programmes.
