Key Responsibilities but not limited toLead and manage all aspects of Landscape design for projectsLead Liaison with clients and develop the relevant aspects of client briefs.Proactively seek to improve the landscape studios design processPrepare and present feasibility reports and high quality design proposals. Work around constraining factors such as planning legislation, building regulations, environmental impact and project budgetDeliver projects within agreed budget, and provide high quality design, cost effective solutions with buildability and safety taken into account. Hold an awareness of BIM, its strategic and operational importance to Concertus and how it is used by design and property teamsDesign using BIM software, working from one collaborative model and ensuring the accuracy of information.Hold an awareness of Biodiversity Net Gain, its impact and how it can be used to strengthen and enhance design proposals.About YouPost-graduate degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent Ideal candidate will have 5 years+ proven experienceChartered member of Landscape InstituteAbility to use CAD (ArchiCAD experience preferred but not essential), you would be expected to undertake CAD work for projects they were assigned toAn understanding of the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environmentGood design and drawing skillsA keen interest in the environmentBe well organised you plan and prioritise your work to ensure that deadlines are met.
