This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven operational leader or an experienced CTV Master ready to take a step ashore to join a growing, progressive business in a key leadership role.The Role:Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, youll be responsible for managing daily marine operations, ensuring high operational standards, safety, regulatory compliance, and strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of CTV services, including vessel scheduling, crew transfers, and resource allocationLead operational, crewing, and technical teams, ensuring efficient and safe service deliveryEnsure full compliance with ISM, IMO, and offshore safety standardsDevelop and manage operational budgets, performance metrics, and reportingCoordinate vessel maintenance planning and operational logistics with engineering and onshore teamsBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsRegularly travel to operational sites (Lowestoft, Cumbria, Wales) with overnight stays (expenses covered)Support strategic planning, operational improvements, and business growth initiativesCandidate Profile:Strong operational management experience within marine services (preferably offshore wind / CTV operations)Alternatively, a highly experienced CTV Master seeking a shore-based operational management positionIn-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and operational best practiceExcellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skillsCommercially aware with budget management and operational cost control experienceConfident communicator with a professional, client-focused approachComfortable with regular UK travel and occasional overnight staysThe Offer:Starting salary: 45,000 (with 6-month salary review)Company car for business travelTOIL scheme for on-call and travelHybrid working 2 days WFH per week25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays5% employer pension contributionGenuine career progression opportunities within a supportive businessIf this sounds like the right career move for you, please APPLY NOW or contact Helen Pitcher to discuss further.
