Job Title: Cyber Security TrainerBelow, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.Location: Remote (Will be some travel to London HQ)Job Type: Full-Time Permanent About the RoleFIND have been Instructed to find an experienced Cyber Security Trainer, to join our clients growing Technology Training team.In this role, youll play a key part in developing and delivering high-impact cyber security training to junior Cyber engineers, and professionals from other tech disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of cyber security talent through immersive, hands-on bootcamps and professional development sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive 8-12-week cyber security bootcamp-style training to junior engineers and consultants.Provide 1:1 coaching and group-based training to learners at varying levels of cyber experience.Train professionals from adjacent fields (e.g. Data, DevOps, Cloud) on the fundamentals and best practices of cyber security.Be part of updating training content to reflect current cyber industry trends, tools and threat landscapes.Work closely with the curriculum team to improve and tailor course content and delivery methods.Some weeks will require travel into the London HQ for in-person sessions or team collaborationRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering cyber security training or coaching (Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer / Teacher / Coach / Mentor)Strong background in cyber security engineering, consulting, or operationsAbility to teach and explain key cyber domains, and at least one of the below: Network and infrastructure securitySecurity operations and incident responseThreat intelligence and threat modellingGovernance, risk & compliance (GRC)Cloud securityPenetration testing and vulnerability managementExcellent communication & presentation skills.Desirable:Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CPENT, Security+, CySA+, OSCP, AWS, GCP or Azure Security Certs, or similarWhy Join?Be at the forefront of upskilling future cybersecurity professionals.Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven team.Flexible remote work environment with supportive leadership.Impactful work with real career-changing outcomes for learners.The chance to progress into more senior Training, Delivery or Product roles.
