This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing team that delivers commercially focused legal solutions to a wide range of clients across sectors.The RoleThis is a broad and stimulating role that will offer hands-on experience across a full range of employment matters. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, your caseload will include:Managing Employment Tribunal claims through to resolutionDrafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and staff handbooksAdvising on and drafting settlement agreementsSupporting corporate transactions with employment and TUPE adviceAdvising business owners and senior executives on individual employment issuesGuidance on redundancy processes and organisational restructuringGeneral day-to-day employment law advisory workYou will also have the opportunity to gain experience in business immigration law, including:Assisting with visa applications, sponsor licence processes and complianceProviding right-to-work guidance and immigration auditsThe majority of the work will involve advising employers, with occasional matters involving employees or claimants.
