Alongside our core construction services, we have a growing waste management business expanding across the Southwest and Wales.Joining MJ Church offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for driven individuals seeking professional and personal growth in a dynamic, results-focused environment.The RoleWe are seeking a Health, Safety, Environment Co-ordinator to join our business support team. This is a dynamic and developmental role that will support HSE activities across all divisions of the Group. You will be involved in tracking safety performance, coordinating training, managing systems, and supporting the wider business with HSE administration.Key Responsibilities:Monitor inspections, audits, and incident reportingTrack safety alerts, KPIs, and close-out actionsCoordinate health and safety induction and occupational health bookingsSupport development of cultural campaigns and awareness initiativesLiaise with project teams, clients, and supply chain partnersPlan and deliver training, manage LMS, and process training claimsExtract KPI data for reporting and complianceWho you areThis role requires a confident and knowledgeable HSE professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple sites. You will need excellent communication abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance and drive best practices.Key skills:Strong administrative and organisational skillsCompetent in Excel, Word, and ideally Power BIClear communicator with attention to detailFull UK driving licence (essential)Experience in administration (desirable)Familiarity with CITB processes or local training providers (desirable)The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm.BenefitsSalary 28,000Onsite Parking20 days of annual leavePensionAnnual Leave Buy and Sell SchemeCycle to work schemeRegular opportunity to purchase discounted event tickets
