The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cost control, including preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and overall cost management. This role requires the candidate to manage project finances effectively to ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.QualificationsSkills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost PlanningExperience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reportingExcellent numerical and analytical skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively on-site and manage multiple projectsRelevant qualifications or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related fieldProfessional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is a plus
