Youll be part of an innovative, collaborative, and inclusive workplace focused on developing life-changing treatments.What Youll Do:Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, including inductions and GMP processesDevelop creative, interactive training materials and e-learning contentSupport the transfer of technical knowledge from R&D to manufacturing teamsMaintain and evolve the GMP training programme using a learning management systemWork with stakeholders and external providers to ensure top-quality training deliveryCover key lab-based techniques such as cell counting, PCR, flow cytometry, and moreWhat Youll Bring:Previous experience developing and delivering training in a GMP environmentA background in biotech, pharma, or a related scientific fieldFamiliarity with cleanroom/aseptic practicesExcellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skillsCreativity in training delivery, with experience using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and possibly ArticulateA team mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach
