This is aValues-driven organisation, and they are ideally looking to appoint someone interested inSocial and environmental policies.Your new roleIn this role, you willbe working at Business Partner level working in a specific business area, and you will get involved in a variety of generalist HR duties including -Being the first point of contact with HR within your region Manage Employee relations case workSupport the delivery of HR strategy within the organisation Collaborate and liaise with the wider company to ensure HR policies are being followedUtilising HR systems such as Natural HRSupporting with recruitment and onboarding of new employeesPeople engagement and culturePerformance ImprovementLearning and DevelopmentTalent planningWhat you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have worked as an HR / People specialist or at Advisory level, and are looking to progress to your next role.
