TRG also delivers technology projects and consulting services.What youll do As part of our evolving structure, we are opening a new opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. This role is focused on supporting overall marketing communications as part of a small dynamic team, focused on B2B and B2C marketing comms delivery.Were looking for a design professional - who is comfortable working with internal stakeholders, confident in managing design tasks independently, and brings a keen eye for detail across various formats. Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Create and adapt engaging visual materials for communication campaigns, including:Email marketing campaigns (headers, layouts, visuals)Social media content and digital advertisingWebsite content including banners and other digital graphicsInternal communications (intranet visuals, screen content, digital signage)PowerPoint decks and templatesSales support collateral and one-pagersVideo editing and motion graphics (with support from the Lead Designer)Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and internal comms standardsCollaborate closely with colleagues in Marketing, Internal Comms, and HR to deliver projects on time and to briefContribute to the development and upkeep of design templates and asset librariesRequirements: Proven 1-3 years' experience in a design-focused role (in-house or agency is accepted)Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential, Premier pro and/or After Effects is a plus)Experience designing for both digital and print formatsExperience designing content for email marketing (e.g. campaign graphics, templates, responsive layout considerations)Confident using PowerPoint to create and adapt slide decks and templatesStrong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchyAbility to manage multiple briefs with attention to accuracy and brand consistencyComfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative teamExperience working within corporate brand guidelineBonus: experience with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive contentWillingness to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week based in the Newcastle office.Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable working in a hybrid model ideally with 3 days per week in the Newcastle office, although further flexibility is possible for the ideal candidateIdeal Candidate competencies: Creative Execution Able to produce clear, visually engaging designs that communicate messages effectively and align with brand guidelines.Attention to Detail Delivers polished, accurate work across various formats, from slide decks to internal comms assets, with a consistent eye for layout, colour, and typography.Proactive Mindset Comfortable managing their own workload, responding to briefs with initiative, and seeking feedback to improve outputs.Brand Awareness Understands how to work within established brand frameworks while adapting designs for different audiences and internal purposes.Stakeholder Collaboration Able to interpret briefs from non-design stakeholders, ask the right questions, and deliver creative solutions that meet the brief.Versatility Confident designing for a range of outputs including PowerPoint decks, internal emails, posters, one-pagers, and digital signage.Technical Proficiency Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with working knowledge of PowerPoint; experience in motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.Time Management Capable of working across multiple projects and deadlines, prioritising effectively and delivering on time.Evidence our values at all times:We have Fun We are the Experts Were all about the People We Transform Lives We Go Beyond Tenth Revolution Groups meritocratic culture strongly promotes and rewards strong performance from within based on achievement, not tenure.
