Liaising with recruitment agencies and managing the hiring process.HR Onboarding: Sending out offer letters/contracts and obtaining correct documentation. Managing the induction process and probationary period.Monitoring sickness, holidays, absence and benefits Managing the leaver process and exit interviews Updating HR policies and proceduresUpdating role profiles and job descriptions to ensure they are accurateCreating new documents and handbooks Hosting recruitment days We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience operating at HR Advisor / HR Officer level. You'll ideally be CIPD qualified or have a relevant degree.
