The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment.Job Purpose:To drive the standard in customer care and achieve agreed financial targets, through the effective management of the resources of the service team.Youll be responsible for ensuring profit and volume targets are met and managing processes and systems in line with Company and Brand Dealer standards.
