Head of HRThe following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.Location: HertfordshireSalary: Up to 100,000 + Packageeam Leadership | Operational HR | Strategic ImpactWere partnering with a thriving services business employing 1,000+ colleagues across the UK most of whom are field-based, delivering essential services to customers every day.Following a period of rapid growth, were now looking for a Head of HR to work closely with the senior leadership team to realign the people strategy with operational delivery and help set the business up for continued success. The Immediate Focus:This is a roll-your-sleeves-up role. Youll bring clarity and consistency to the core HR activities:Strengthening attraction, recruitment and onboarding processesDriving pragmatic employee relationsEmbedding HR support that meets the realities of a field-based workforceBy stabilising the day-to-day, youll unlock capacity to focus on strategic transformation.
