Employment Solicitor Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a respected and growing Employment Law team based in Norfolk. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years post-qualification experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, deepen their expertise, and play an active role in client development and team growth.The Role Youll work on a broad range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, advising employer and employee clients across various sectors. Youll enjoy a high level of client contact and be given responsibility for managing your own caseload, with the support of experienced colleagues when needed.Key Responsibilities Include:Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, settlement agreements, and tribunal claimsDrafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and other employment documentationManaging client relationships from initial instruction to conclusion, including billing and ongoing communicationLeading on cases with appropriate supervision, and collaborating with colleagues on complex mattersEnsuring compliance with internal file management procedures and regulatory requirementsSupporting business development and contributing to the growth of the practiceLiaising with Partners to update on case progress and strategic directionRepresenting clients in tribunal proceedings and assisting with the preparation of litigation strategiesAbout YouAt least 2 years PQE in employment law, with a strong understanding of both contentious and non-contentious workConfident in managing a varied caseload independently, while knowing when to seek guidanceStrong drafting and analytical skills, with a practical and commercial approach to problem-solvingProactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent client serviceA collaborative team player who is keen to contribute to a positive working culture and the teams continued successBenefitsGenerous salary upwards of 50kBonus schemePrivate HealthcareDeath In ServiceEnhanced Pension SchemeIf interested, please apply directly via linkedin or get in touch at dmiller@venngroup.com.
