We are seeking an driven and dedicated professional with at least 1 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) + to manage a complex and varied caseload, providing expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families.My client is a Top 200 Legal 500 firm based within the Midlands and Shropshire area.Key Responsibilities:Advising clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax matters.Handling high-value and complex estates, including international elements.Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documents.Managing probate applications and estate administration.Providing succession planning and asset protection advice.Collaborating with financial advisors and accountants to ensure comprehensive client service.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including STEP best practices (if applicable).Why Join:Join a leading Legal 500 firm in the Eest Midlands and work on high quality, complex matters.
