There has never been a better time join!What Youll Be DoingAs a Junior Project Analyst at Solmar Villas, youll work closely with our IT and business teams to help manage delivery across a range of digital and business-led projects.Were looking for a true all-rounder; someone who can execute a project plan, contribute to business analysis, aid in quality assurance, and resolve day-to-day issues when required.This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across all areas of the business, develop your skills, and make a measurable contribution to the future of Solmar.Key Responsibilities:Support delivery across the IT teams pipeline of workTake part in daily routines and ceremonies to keep delivery on trackContribute to scoping and defining business requirements for deliveryBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter expertsMonitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and track delivery timelinesSupport testing and validation to align delivery with requirementsProvide regular progress reports and keep stakeholders informedIdentify risks and escalate when necessary to avoid delivery impactsWillingness to take on additional duties as requiredWhat Were Looking ForWillingness to learn by doing and tackle tasks directlyMeticulous about data, processes, and deliveryAbility to handle multiple small projects alongside day-to-day operationNaturally identifies gaps and drives tasks forwardBuilds strong relationships quickly in a small team environmentFamiliar with project management software (Trello, Asana)Entry-level certifications (such as Prince2 Foundation or Agile / Lean) are a plusWhy Join Us?Be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
