If you're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys seeing the tangible outcomes of your work - this ones for you.The Role: Reporting directly to the Head of Finance Transformation, this is a standalone role where you'll take full ownership of key treasury and finance transformation projects - primarily focused on payment file reconfiguration and process optimisation.Key Focus Areas:Leading reconfiguration of payment file structures with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion, AccessPay, and Barclays.net.Assessing the impact of changes across end-to-end finance processes, and recommending pragmatic, scalable adjustments.Implementing and operating automated bank reconciliation processes across multiple bank accounts and legal entities, including the design and setup of teams to support operations.Ensuring compliance and strong understanding of UK payment systems and regulations including BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, and Faster Payments.Bringing a solution-oriented mindset, able to articulate ideas clearly and simply while driving change and challenging existing norms.Nice to Have:Diploma in Treasury Management (AMCT) or equivalent qualification.
