We are looking for dedicated Nursery Managers to lead high-quality early years settings across London. About the Role: As a Nursery Manager, youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, maintaining high levels of childcare and education, and leading a team of early years professionals. Your leadership will create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operational and educational aspects of the nursery Lead, mentor and manage nursery staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements Build strong relationships with parents, staff and the local community Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided What Were Looking For: Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) Previous experience in a senior role within a nursery setting (Deputy or Manager) Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for providing outstanding childcare and education What we offer: Paycare Medical Cover -contributions towards everything from dental and optical cover to free same day GP appointments and Lifestyle Assessment.
